Big Rock Candy Mountaineering designs vintage-inspired outdoor clothing based on early American alpinists, mountaineers, and gear innovators who defined the outdoor style of the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Founded by Sam and Peter in 2022, the brand has a very unique nostalgic nod to the good old days of climbing and mountaineering, with beautiful Vintage West Coast inspired takes on winter jackets, tough canvas shirting and proper accessories. Inspired by a well-loved and very broken-in cap in the brands archive, the Truckin’ Twill hat has the same look and feel without the years of wear. To get there, BRCM studied the hat for the perfect vintage fit and skipped the structural foam and fusing to give their hats a unique forget-you're-wearing-it feel. The front features the Big Rock Candy Mountaineering sewn-on core patch.
