Wythe

Wythe was founded in 2019 by Peter Middleton, with a goal of reviving true Americana — the perfect Oxford shirt, an authentic denim pearl-snap, a beautifully worn grey sweatshirt — icons he felt had lost their soul in modern mall fashion. He wanted to feel like Miles Davis, James Dean, or Paul Newman wearing them.

Wythe sources exceptional fabrics — Bedford cord, rigid and raw denim, Shetland wool — remaking bygone heirlooms to fit well and last long enough to be passed down.

At TGD, we're one of only a handful of stockists outside the USA. We see Wythe as Americana and vintage, reinterpreted for now.
