HOW TO MEASURE

JACKETS/SHIRTS/TEES

For the most accurate fit, start with a jacket or shirt you already own and love.
Lay the garment flat on a hard surface and take all measurements in centimetres. Match these against our size chart and, if you’re between sizes, we recommend rounding up.

Measurement Guide
  • A. Chest: Measure straight across the garment from armpit to armpit, 1” below the armpit.
  • B. Body Length: Measure down the centre back, from the base of the neck to the hem.
  • C. Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.
SHORTS/PANTS/TROUSERS

For the best fit, start with a pair of pants you already own and wear regularly.
Lay them flat on a hard surface and take all measurements in centimetres. Match your measurements to the size chart and, if you’re between sizes, we recommend rounding up.

Measurement Guide
  • A. Waist (Stretched): Measure straight across the waistband at its maximum stretch.
  • B. Outseam: Measure from the top of the waistband down the outer leg to the hem.
  • C. Front Rise: Measure from the top of the waistband down to the crotch seam at the front.

The concept of Dubble Down was created once we began looking back into the Dubbleware archives at what type of heavier jackets and outerwear the traditional rail workers were wearing during the 50's and 60's. Down fill,  and the emergence of tough wearing nylons began playing a part within winter workwear into the 1960's. This was inspired by sporty and outdoor brands such as Rocky Mountain Featherbed and Eddie Bauer, with durability, comfort and most importantly warmth being fused together to create a garment a manual worker could be outside the entire day in and still complete a days work.

The Quilted Down Jacket t is built to sit close to the body, without the need to have lots of layers underneath. The Durable ribbed cotton cuffs and collar give the jacket comfort in the right places. A ripstop nylon outer shell is a more modern material take on outdoor workwear.

. 100% Smooth Nylon cotton.

. 80/20 4GSM Duck down fill.

. Onion quilting detail.

. Rustic heritage inspired buttons and zips.

. Standard, regular fit.
